Archer Skills:
1.Rising Arrow
I guess I do not have to explain much about this skill. This is a totally-must-max skill. If you had forgotten to add this one, I suggest you start a new character.
2.Moonwalk
Slide back a short distance in battle. Useful in PvP.
3.Moonwalk Shot
Got information across the net that this skill is useful in PvE, but not for PvP.
4.Anti-air Shot
This is also another totally-must-max skill. Just max it anyway, cause you gonna need it.
5.Shootdown
Got information from the net as well that this skill is good in PvP and PvE, it simply require one level to max it, so just max it. It wouldn't cause any harm :D
6.Double Strike
Double Strike is not that useful. Only add it when you're level 20. So as to not waste your last bit of skill point before you job advance to either a Hunter or a Ranger.
7.Multishot
Useless. Don't bother it.
8.Re-launch
Useless as well. Don't bother it.
9.Bow Mastery
Since you're using a bow. So you gonna need it eh? *This boost in damage only applies for bow users. If you're going to become Ranger who uses a crossbow. Its not that useful. Well, since there is lots of redundant skills, adding this skill wouldn't harm, it could help you level up much easier when you are still on your 1st job.
10.Rapid Step
Hmmm.. This one. A unique one. I suggest you all max it as you gonna need this when you're on PvP or PvE. It is definitely useful for traveling, escaping from monsters, as well as running away from your opponents while you're doing PvP.
